Iv just been imformed by my postman that there is a parcel for me at the office since 6th dec & i wSasnt aware because iv had no card . I think the service is very poor because that is a christmas present iv been complaining to the company about & unawAre to me because no card was left its been sat in cross lane sorting office for 3 wks . Now that is disgusting service from my opinion good on the postman for tellin me .
